Beautifully detailed is this sterling silver eperne. It was made in 1909 in Birmingham, England. The hallmark is clearly visible and the maker was Alexander Clarke. The small basket measures 4" across, 3 1/2" to the top of the handle and is 1" deep. The large basket measures 7 1/2" x 4 1/2" and is 2 1/2" deep. The stand is 8 1/4" across and 6 1/2" high. When the large basket is in place on the stand it measures 10 1/4" high. All the pieces are in pristine condition.
