This is a beautifully made stationery box made with a variety of woods; walnut, mahogany, with satinwood and tulipwood banding. Bring good luck to your home with this lovely bronze elephant dish circa 1880. Sitting on the side of a green onyx dish this adorable elephant has his trunk raised and ivory tusks. In excellent condition this piece measures 4 3/4" to the top of the trunk and the attached onyx is 6" round. This beautiful walnut writing slope is English and is dated Circa 1870. When opened it exposes a lovely writing surface, one ink bottle and space for stamps, etc. The writing surface also lifts to expose a bottom section where stationery items can be stored. Burled walnut with an ebonized trim make this piece a lovely addition to any home. There are two crystal inkwells and a drawer
to store pens, pencils, etc. The drawer opens with a crystal knob. The piece was made around circa 1870 and is in excellent condition. It measures
