This truly unusual frame is from the Victorian era and is made of copper. Flowers decorate the entire frame making it an elegant addition to any home. The opening for a picture measures approximately 6" x 4". The outside, at the highest point measures approximately 9" and 6 3/4" across. This footed acorn shaped "Shaker" has a makers mark and also a Sheffield crown which dates it before 1880. It is in excellent condition and is truly a rare and unusual piece which would make an elegant addition to any dinner table. It is old Sheffield silver plate. Cherubs are one of the most popular motifs. The cherubs on this bookslide are adorable and the medallions are in excellent condition. Very unusual colors are used on these medallions. The color pallet is grey and white. On the brass under the medallions is the makers name and patent number. The wood is coromandel which is also known as Kings Wood. These stunning Murano glass bookends are from circa 1940. They are in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. The colors are fabulous. Pinks and greens make up the pallet and they measure approximately 4 3/4" high by 4" front to back. Because they are handmade they vary slightly in size.
