| The motto "FILL WHAT YOU WILL AND DRINK WHAT YOU FILL" is in excellent condition. There are firing cracks in the beard, but it doesn't distract from the beauty of the jug. The backstamp is impressed DOULTON LAMBETH ENGLAND. John Broad designed this jug in 1896. The opening is 3.25" round, applied green leaves decorate the lower portion of the jug.
